Roseburg Sister Cities – Shobu and Aranda De Duero shared a booth

at the recent Arts, Wine & Music Festival on Sept 11^th & 12^th at Umpqua Community College.

Volunteers from both organizations covered the booth and gave out membership

materials and information on our Sister Cities activities.  There was good interest in

our programs and the Shobu volunteers signed up a new member.
