We are a
non-profit organization dedicated to promoting friendship and
understanding between the cities of Shobu in the Saitama Prefecture
of Japan, and Roseburg in Oregon. Through annual homestay
visitations we aim to create a better understanding between our
American culture and the Japanese culture of our sister city. The
Roseburg Sister Cities Organization and the first exchange visits were
established in 1993. |
