Roseburg Sister Cities - Charter Page

We are a non-profit organization [503(c)3], dedicated to promoting friendship and understanding between the cities of Shobu in the Saitama Prefecture of Japan, and Roseburg in Oregon. Through annual homestay visitations we aim to create a better understanding between our American culture and the Japanese culture of our sister city. The Roseburg Sister Cities Organization and the first exchange visits were established in 1993.
