Roseburg Sister Cities !

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting friendship and understanding between Roseburg and our American culture and Japanese culture and our Sister  City, Shobu, Saitama Prefecture.    Through your participation in our organization, you will learn much, make new friends from both sides of the Pacific Ocean,  and have a lot of fun. Membership is just $25 per calendar year.   We receive no funds from the city or any other governmental institution, and we need to expand our membership.  Won't you consider joining today?  If you do join us, be sure to tell us where your special interest lies:  hosting visitors from Japan,  traveling to Japan as part of our city's delegation, becoming part of our Obon Festival, getting involved with our Friendship Garden behind the library, or learning about Japanese crast & culture trough our special programs and activities. We have one of the most active Sister City organization in Oregon - become part of it today and see what it's all about!

Yearly Dues are only $25  (for the calendar year)

You can conveniently pay your dues for the upcoming year
at the annual membership meeting in November
